MINISTRIES
The Preschool Ministry provides each child with love, understanding, and an enjoyable time of learning about God.
  • Nursery is provided for children birth to age three during Sunday and Wednesday Services
  • Sonbeams for children ages 3 – 5 during Sunday Morning Service
  • Sonshine Bunch for children ages 3 – 5 during Wednesday Evening Service

  • The Children’s Ministry encourages children to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and as Lord of their lives.

  • Junior Church for grades 1 – 6 meets during Sunday morning church services
  • Junior Travelers also for grades 1 – 6 meets Wednesday Evenings 7-8 p.m.

  • The Youth Ministry seeks to encourage the spiritual growth of teens so that they become fully-devoted Christ-followers. We seek to reach non-believing students and connect them with Christians, to help teens grow in their faith, and to challenge them to discover their ministry and to honor God with their lives.

  • Teen Club for grades 7 – 12 gets together Wednesday Evenings 7-8 p.m.

  • The Young Adult Ministry provides a place to unite those who are in college or just beginning their work or career in worship, fellowship, and encouragement and to lead them to and/or nurture them in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • College and Career reaches ages 18 – 25 on Wednesday Evenings 7-8 p.m.

  • The Senior Ministry exists to create a place where seniors can band together and lay hold of all of the promises of God.

  • Super Sixties for those 55 and older once a month on Thursday mornings

  • The Sunday School Ministry promotes spiritual growth through small-group Bible studies, fellowship, prayer, and other activities. We strive to reach persons of all ages and stages in life through our departmentalized Sunday School.

  • Sunday School classes for everyone ages 3 and up Sunday mornings
  • Children and youth develop their faith in Jesus Christ through classes that utilize developmentally appropriate curriculum. Memorization of Scripture and books of the Bible are encouraged.
  • There are also three adult classes which offer opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and evangelism. Classes will encourage believers in their relationship to Christ, challenge one to become more proficient in God’s Word, and increase the bond a believer has with other believers as attendees have the opportunity to interact with each other in a small group setting.

  • The Music Ministry exists to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through song, encourage believers in their walk with Christ, lead the congregation in worship and provide an avenue through which individuals may share their gift and be an integral part of the worship.

  • Praise Team includes singers and instrumentalists from young people in Grade Seven through adult during Sunday morning church services.
  • Adult Choir for those in Grade 10 through adult during special services.
  • Special Music allows those in Grade seven through adult to participate in worship and minster in the Sunday morning church services.

  • The Point Men Ministry brings the men of the church and invited friends to the place in Christ where they are functioning in God’s perfect will, uniting men in the spirit of love where each man recognizes that he is his brother’s keeper. The men of the Point Man Ministry are committed to serving our God by serving our families, our church, and our community.

    The Ladies in Ministry endeavors to create an atmosphere where women can realize spiritual maturity and fellowship, develop their leadership skills, and minister in the local church and in their community. Teens to adults minister and uphold each other through a variety of ministries and studies.

    The Outreach Ministry endeavors to reach those in our community who do not have a church home or do not know Jesus Christ.

  • Vacation Bible School is a week in August when adults and teens minister to the young people of the area.
  • Housing Project Ministry offers unique opportunities for ministry each Friday afternoon in a variety of locations.
